Shipping policy

UK Deliveries

As a customer of Recalibrated Universe, you're entitled to our standard free delivery service (First Class). Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one to three working days after dispatch. 

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

 

Next-Day Deliveries

Need the item as soon as possible? We have next-day delivery available for you. 

Next-day delivery costs 6.85 GBP.

Please note: Next-day delivery is only for the next working day, so if you’ve placed an order on Friday after 12pm or the weekend, then you’ll receive it on the following Tuesday.

Any next-day deliveries placed on bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day and delivered to you the following day.

International Deliveries

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) using normal airmail which doesn't have a tracking (Don't worry, we fully cover any deliveries issues). 

Cost Of Postage And Expected Delivery Time

Europe- 3.2GBP (Delivery takes 7-10 days)

The rest of the world- 4.2GBP (Delivery takes 10-20 days)

Postage will only be charged once per parcel. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer next-day delivery for international orders.
