Delivery

We offer FREE shipping on all UK orders!

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 1st Class). 

Europe Deliveries

Our European deliveries are typically shipped via Standard Airmail, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 2 weeks. Please be advised that following Brexit, parcels destined for the EU may be subject to additional taxes.

The USA Deliveries

For deliveries to the USA, we utilize USPS as our primary carrier. Transit from the UK to the USA is facilitated by FedEx or DHL, which unfortunately do not offer public tracking. However, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll gladly track your parcel for you. Tracking will be activated as the parcel approaches your local depot. Final delivery will be conducted by USPS

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then we
are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

 

Returns

All of our photos are taken by ourselves. We do our best to describe items as accurately as possible. We will check every single item before we send it.

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we have 28 days returns policy. Please contact us and send the items back within 28 Days. 

Please leave your username inside of your returns parcel. The funds can be refunded after we check the item.​​​​​​​
